If you have Internet Banking, you can do a transfer fund into our bank account. You can also use the ATM machine to transfer fund to our account. After you transfer please email us or SMS to +65-8322 9996 using the following step: Paid Amount (space) Quantity (space) Name (space) Address (space) Bank slip transfer number. A copy of bank transfer slip is to be given to us upon delivery.

1. COMPLETE THE ‘TO SEND MONEY’ FORM
Cash to Cash Money Transfer - Fill out the form provided and show your original valid government-issued photo identification or other supporting documents to the Agent. You can call our Singapore hotline at 6336 2000 (for calls within Singapore) or +65 6336 2000 (for calls from overseas) for more information.
Direct to Receivers Bank Account: If you wish to send money to a bank account (currently available when sending money to Philippines, Indonesia and China), please fill up the respective “Direct to Bank” form. The additional information required is the receiver’s name, bank name, bank account number and phone number.
2. PAY FOR YOUR MONEY TRANSFER
Give the Agent the amount of money that you want to send together with the necessary service fees.
3. SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT
You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). You can track the status of your money transfer online with your MTCN.
4. INFORM YOUR RECEIVER
It is time to contact the intended receiver of your money, and relay the necessary information to him/her such as the sender’s name, amount sent, MTCN, and the country the money was sent from.
In the case of Direct to Bank service to Philippines and Indonesia, the money will be transferred to the receiver’s bank account.
In the case of sending money to a bank account in China for the first time, please note that the receiver must call up the call center in China to verify the following:

Receiver’s name in Chinese characters

MTCN
-
Receiver’s valid identification

Bank name, and
-
Bank account number
This is only a one-time verification for the receiver and the second transaction onwards will be sent directly to the bank account of the receiver.
5. TRACK YOUR MONEY
Go to the ‘Tracking’ link that’s on the homepage of Western Union website. You can then track the status of your money by typing in your name (the sender’s name) and MTCN.

Upon completion of transfer, please email us or SMS +65-8322 9996 details regarding the product name, quantity, amount, MTCN number. Shipping and handling fee is bourned by customers.
